What to know before you come in
Hours, location, payment and cancellation are the same for both physicians. Here is what to bring and what to expect.
Arrive prepared
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment and bring:
- A photo ID.
- A current medication list.
KindHeart does not collect or upload those documents through this application. Do not enter symptoms, medical history or document images anywhere in this demonstration.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel a booked appointment any time before its start, without a fee. Cancellation requires an explicit confirmation, and the appointment remains visible in your history as cancelled. Past appointments cannot be cancelled. Cancelling releases the time for other patients.
Payment
This demonstration is self-pay only, with prices in USD. The displayed fee covers the scheduled office visit. External tests, procedures, prescriptions and insurance billing are outside this product. No payment is taken online.
