Published questions
What appointment types and prices are available?
New patient visit (30 min, $150), Routine office visit (30 min, $100), Follow-up visit (15 min, $75). All visits are self-pay in this demonstration, and the fee covers the scheduled office visit only.
How far ahead can I book?
Today through 13 days after today, using the clinic's calendar date in America/New_York. Saturdays and Sundays are not bookable. Start times use a 15-minute grid and the whole visit must fit between 9:00 a.m. and noon or between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.
What happens if a time is taken while I am booking?
You will see a conflict message. Your appointment type, physician and date are kept, and the available times are refreshed so you can choose again.
Can I cancel, and is there a fee?
Yes. A patient can cancel their own future appointment any time before it starts, without a fee, after an explicit confirmation. The appointment remains visible in history as cancelled and the time is released. Past appointments cannot be cancelled.
What should I bring?
Arrive ten minutes early and bring a photo ID and a current medication list. KindHeart does not collect or upload those documents through this application.
Is the assistant giving medical advice?
No. The assistant is administrative only. It cannot diagnose, assess symptoms, recommend treatment or medication, determine urgency, or choose a visit type from symptoms. For medical questions, speak with a healthcare professional. For an emergency, call 911.
Where is the clinic?
123 Example Avenue, Suite 200, Miami, FL 33130. This is a demonstration address for a fictional clinic and does not represent real premises.
Is this a real clinic or a medical record?
No. KindHeart Primary Care is a fictional demonstration product built with synthetic data. It is not an electronic health record, clinical decision system or emergency service, and it makes no claim of HIPAA compliance or production readiness.
Is payment taken online?
No. This is a self-pay demonstration with prices in USD. No card details are collected and no payment is taken online. External tests, procedures, prescriptions and insurance billing are outside this product.
